Donations (in memory of)
The library invites you to consider donating money to purchase a book as a meaningful way to remember a person, group, occasion, or milestone. Your gift will serve not only as a lasting tribute to the person or group you wish to honor, but will also help to improve the literacy of all students.
Each book bears a plate inscribed with the name of the person being honored as well as the name of the donor. The district will send a letter to the family of the honoree. Another card will be sent to you acknowledging your gift. (Checks are payable to MASD General Fund.) The library will purchase an appropriate book with your donation.
General Donations
The library appreciates donations of gently used books (library bound or hardback). All donations will be evaluated, then may be added to our collection or given to Goodwill. Please remember that the library can only accept elementary level materials that are in very good condition.
